Shipping policy

Please be aware that we hold no responsibility for shipping delays.  Every item is sent out tracked so always refer to that over contacting us to check on your parcels progress. If an item is damaged in the post please contact us immediately with photographs of the box and item upon delivery, this way we can take this to the postal service used for the item and open a case as it is their liability.
